CHAIN Couplings CR
Flexible Roller Chain Couplings are composed of a double strand roller
chain and two sprockets. Roller chain couplings have a torque capacity
in excess of the torque normally transmitted by shafting which falls
within the coupling bore range. Select the smallest coupling which will
accommodate both shafts. For a revising operation, shock or pulsating
loads, or other severe operating conditions, select the next larger
coupling

Drive chain is a machine element that
transmits the power of a motor or the like as tension to driven
machinery via sprockets. Features include: large reduction ratio, high
flexibility in the distance between shafts, both sides can be used for
multi-axis shaft transmission, etc.
BACKSTOP BS -Cam Clutches / Freewheels
Tsubaki Cam Clutch products are designed to transmit torque in one
direction of rotation and overrun in the opposite direction of rotation.

operation.
Backstop Cam Clutch
In backstopping applications, clutches are used to prevent reverse
rotation of drive shafts which may cause damage to machinery and
expensive equipment. The inner race can overrun freely in one direction
of rotation. Reverse rotation is instantaneously prevented by the
automatic engagement of the clutch. Typical backstop applications are
in conveyor systems and gear reducers. Tsubaki has pioneered the
non-rollover design.
